Corfe is a superb one to visit. You can even take a ride on a steam train if you time your visit! If you have any other castles outside of Britain, I would be pleased to hear about them.
Big fan of the Tower of London. We have had Historic Royal Palaces passes for the past two years and have visited a lot!
