1 Membership is discretionary by Roland Millward and subject to availabilty
2 Any membership booked and paid that cannot be fulfilled by Roland Millward will have the fee automatically refunded.
3 Membership can be canceled at any time in the month up to 3 days before the next monthly payment is due.
4 All coaching calls are via Skype and are normally held Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. All calls are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Calls booked must take place except in exceptional circumstances.
5 Unused minutes cannot be carried over from one month to another. A month is defined as the repeat date each month. For example if your monthly membership started on the 16th your time will start from the 16th each month. The minimum call time debited will be 5 minutes calls lasting less than 5 minutes will still have 5 minutes debited.
6 Membership fees must be paid using a debit / credit card or Paypal though the Paypal system.
7 Additional minutes must be purchased by arrangement and used within 30 days of purchase.
8 Members are given online access to their own personal usage chart to see how many minutes they have used and what is remaining for the month.
9 Although Roland Millward will work very hard to ensure good results in your business no guarantees of success can be given as the application of techniques and skills will be down to the member and their staff.
10 No special software is required to watch the Webinars. You will simply need Internet access and a normal web browser. Some webinars may be recorded for later viewing. Timing of webinars will be set by Roland Millward and they will normally suit most members. However special requests for times will not be considered for individual members. Scheduling may vary but sufficient notice will be given in advance.
